Stallion Credits Terms and Conditions
Stallion - Credit Terms Of Use (Last Updated On 1st August 2025)
These Stallion Credits Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Redhorse Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (“Redhorse,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and govern your use of any credits issued under the Stallion brand, whether Promotional Credits or Non-Promotional Credits (collectively, “Stallion Credits”). You must have a valid Stallion account to redeem Credits. Capitalized terms not defined in these Terms will have the meanings set forth in the Stallion Customer Agreement or any other written agreement governing your use of Stallion services (the “Agreement”).
These Terms apply to all Stallion Credits, regardless of when or how they are issued.
1. Eligible Use
- Stallion Credits will be applied only to offset eligible fees and charges for Stallion services (“Eligible Services”) as designated by us.
- Unless authorized by Redhorse, Stallion Credits cannot be used for:
- Third-party marketplace purchases
- Professional services
- Training or certification
- Government fees or domain registrations
- Cryptocurrency mining or similar workloads
- Any other services we designate as ineligible (“Ineligible Services”)
2. Redemption
- Stallion Credits are applied to your account only after you redeem the applicable code through the Stallion dashboard or as otherwise credited to your account.
- Each code can only be redeemed once and to a single Stallion account.
- Credits apply against usage charges on your invoice. Any usage beyond your available Credits will be billed at standard rates.
3. Transfer and Value
- Stallion Credits cannot be sold, licensed, rented, transferred, or redeemed for cash.
- Credits have no intrinsic value and are non-refundable.
- Credits may be shared within a Stallion Organization if explicitly permitted.
4. Fraud and Misuse
- Credits are void in cases of fraud, misuse, or violation of these Terms or the Agreement.
- Creating accounts solely to obtain Credits is prohibited and will result in cancellation of such Credits.
- You agree to reimburse Redhorse for Credits used in violation of these Terms.
5. Compliance
By accepting Credits, you represent and warrant that:
- You have authority to agree to these Terms on behalf of your organization.
- Your receipt and use of Credits complies with all applicable laws, rules, and procurement policies.
- Use of Credits will not create any conflict of interest.
6. Combination with Other Offers
Unless authorized by Redhorse, Credits may not be combined with other promotional or incentive offers.
7. Taxes
Credits will not be applied to sales tax, GST, VAT, or similar transaction-based taxes.
8. Publicity
You may not issue press releases or public statements about receiving Credits without our written consent.
9. Validity and Expiry
- Credits are valid only until the expiration date communicated when issued.
- Unused Credits after this date are forfeited.
- Promotional Credits may be revoked or cancelled at any time.
- Non-Promotional Credits may also be cancelled if your account is in violation of the Agreement.
10. Program-Specific Terms
Certain credits may have additional conditions:
- Nonprofit Program Credits: Valid for one year from issuance and limited to accounts registered to the nonprofit’s official domain.
- Research Program Credits: Valid for one year from issuance; may only be used for approved research workloads.
- Project-Specific Credits: Must be used exclusively for the agreed project scope and within the specified timeline.
11. Confidentiality
Any confidential information learned through your use of Stallion services, including suggested improvements, must be kept strictly confidential.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on our site or notifying you via email. Continued use of Credits after the update constitutes acceptance.
13. Contracting Entity
If you use Credits under a contract with an affiliate of Redhorse, these Terms will be between you and that affiliate.
